Undone | AnXiety

Anxiety is real. We don’t talk about anxiety because everyone else seems to have it all together. Everyone else does not have it all together.  

For those of us who suffer from anxiety, the first step is to learn that it is OK to be “undone” by our thoughts and fears.  It’s time to have an open and honest conversation about anxiety. Together we can start to put the “undone” back together again.
